The key is to select topics that will spark interest in your readers and to be able to discuss them properly. Here are some topics for evaluation.
One topic may be on the benefits of the Canadian National Football League. This one will probably not fly, as it could be construed as a thinly-disguised endorsement of the team. If you are going to choose this topic, better to try something else, like the debate between a pro-football fan and a person who think football should be stopped. A debater with a good point of view can make a strong argument. It is a strong topic to work on. Another one may be a movie that has a sequel that is being released soon. If you select this topic, you might want to be careful, since the audience for a movie is usually different from the general population. If you are not sure whether your audience will enjoy a movie, pick something else, instead. A topic that a majority of the population may not like may be more difficult to write about. You also have to check if the movie will be well-received by critics. Another is a theme or plot of a book or series of books. Again, you should select a theme that will be easy to discuss. A well-known movie theme might work, such as the Pirates of the Caribbean series. But if your theme is different, it may not be something a reader can easily relate to. A doctor's office doctor would most likely not be a reader for your paper, nor would a princess. Your final option is a topic that you like to read about. This could be about a topic that interests you, or it may be something that is happening in your current field. It does not have to be something related to your current job. The reader may enjoy the topic because it is something they never heard about before. If it is something you read about yourself, you will be more motivated to give it your best effort. These are just some of the more common topics for evaluation. If you think you have more, or you have worked on a variety of topics, do not hesitate to share them with other writers. You can also use the internet as a way to brainstorm topics. It is very important for you to have a well-written research paper, especially in the evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to help others assess what you have written. You do not want your topic evaluated as something that was overkill. By following these guidelines, your topic for evaluation will be more suitable to your paper. When you sit down to write your paper, make sure you have all the topics for evaluation. The easier your paper is to read, the more the reader will be encouraged to move on and read your work in its entirety. With a little work, you will be able to produce a well-written paper and have an evaluation that motivates the reader to move on and find out more about your topic.
